Does permanent jewelry hurt?
Not at all. The welding process is quick, painless, and performed with safety as our top priority. A protective barrier is always used during welding.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Every visit is by appointment, giving you the time and attention to explore the collection and enjoy the full experience.
How long does permanent jewelry last?
It's designed for everyday wear and can last for years with proper care. Like all fine jewelry, it isn't indestructible and may eventually need repair due to normal wear or accidental damage.
Can I shower or swim with my jewelry?
Yes. Our sterling silver and gold-filled jewelry is designed for everyday wear, including showering and swimming. Regular cleaning and proper care will help keep it looking its best.
What if my jewelry breaks?
If it breaks at the weld within 30 days of your appointment, we'll re-weld it free of charge. If it breaks anywhere other than the weld, or is stretched, lost, intentionally cut, or otherwise damaged, repairs are $25 each.
What if I need to remove it?
If you need to remove your jewelry for an MRI, surgery, or any other reason, simply snip the small welded ring with nail clippers. Save your chain, and we'll be happy to re-weld it for you later.
Can I add charms later?
Absolutely. You can personalize your jewelry during your appointment or return anytime to add charms and make it even more meaningful.
Can children get permanent jewelry?
Yes. Guests under 18 are welcome with a parent or legal guardian present to sign the consent form.
