All sales are final. While we are pleased to offer repairs on permanent jewelry within 90 days of purchase, please note that we are unable to provide refunds for permanent jewelry. As with all jewelry, permanent pieces are not indestructible. Sun & Moon Permanent Jewelry, LLC is not liable for any lost, broken, damaged, or tarnished items. We do offer one complimentary re-weld for our chains; additional welds are available for a fee of $5 each.
